She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Carnicom and Helen Carnicom (Falquette); her former husband Larry Ottney; and her siblings, Roberta "Bobbie" Giebel, Shirley Heberling, Edwin "Eddie" Carnicom, Marilyn "Sue" Nause, Harold "Hal" Carnicom, Kenneth "Kenny" Carnicom and Judith "Judy" Humberger.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Garner (Mark) of Gibsonburg, Ohio; her grandchildren, Rachel Garner of Gibsonburg, Kimberly White (Jason) of Port Clinton, Ohio and Kevin Garner (Blatney) of Hanceville, Alabama; her sister Sheryl "Sherry" Stein of Fremont, Ohio; her nephew Larry Heberling (Deb) of Clyde, Ohio.; and her grandsons, Justin Lee Ottney and Mark Lawrence Garner. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and her only Godson.
Any memorials or donations can be made in her name to the Shriners Children's hospital, specifically the burn unit.
