He is survived by: his spouse Mickey Chumley; his daughters, Wendi Barger (Ed) of Fremont and Melissa Wadsworth (Jeff) of Green Springs; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Greene (Krystal), Alysha Barger, Kylie Pooch (Tony), Jason Carnicom (Amanda), McKenzie Wadsworth, William Wadsworth, Carl Thomas and Dustin; and his brother Richard Greene.
