He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jay of Fremont, OH; his children, Laura Lynn Withrow (Mark) of Fremont, OH, Mary Elizabeth Lauretta (Dan) of Knoxville, TN and Steven Andrew Jay of Bradner, OH; his grandchildren, Simon Jay, Brennan Withrow, Kristi Jay, Sam Jay, Cory William Jay and Brooke Withrow; his siblings, Larry Jay (Mary Jo) of Fremont, OH, Kathleen Snyder of Fremont, OH and John Jay (Lyn) of Perrysburg, OH; and his sister-in-law Isa Jay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
