He is survived by: his wife Anna Yoder; his daughters, Elsie Schlabach (Rueben) of Fresno and Lena Hochstetler (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Luke David, Hannah, Micah, Bethany Schlabach, Annaleya, Timothy, Gracelyn and Hadassah Hochstetler; and his siblings, Marie Troyer (Roy) of Fresno, David Barkman (Abigail) of Fresno, Henry Barkman (Ruth) of Fresno, Atlee Barkman (Lena) of Baltic, Anna Schlabach (Mervin) of Millersburg, Mose Barkman (Susan) of Fresno, Sara Burkholder (Ivan) of Baltic and Mary Ann Barkman of Fresno.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Jacob Mast Residence (33442 OH-643, Fresno, OH 43824). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
