He was predeceased by: his parents, Don C. Stockham Jr. and Francis Lee Stockham; and his brother-in-law James Brown. He is survived by: his foster son Joseph Chabert; his sister Bettyjean Brown (James) of Florida; his nephew Christopher Brown (Sabrina); his nieces, Karen Malone (Terry) and Kim Stalford (Michael); and his cousin Kevin Stockham. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Boyer Funeral Home (125 W 2nd St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made on his behalf to the Piketon High School Athletic Boosters 1414 Piketon Rd., Piketon, Ohio.
