He is survived by : his son Corey Mullett; his grandchildren, Payton, Benjerman and Reagan Mullett; and his siblings, Robert, James, Fred Mullett, Jacquelyn Rinehart, Helen Simmons, Mary Conrad, Shirley and Sheela.
