We bid farewell to Nora Ellen Easter of Friendship, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 20, 2025 at the age of 97. Nora touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Perry and Blanche Jarrell Perry; her husband Leroy R. Easter; her children-in-law, Gaylord Gilley and Vicki Easter; her grandson Bobby Gilley; and her siblings, Peg Kennedy, Homer Perry, Mid Howell, Louella Entler and Wilma June Perry (Patty Coleman).
She is survived by: her children, Dale Easter (Carol), Rick Easter (Kathy) and Cheryl Gilley Kirk (Dave); her grandchildren, Becky Melick (Dave) and Loren Easter (Melissa); her granddaughter-in-law Andrea Gilley; and her great grandchildren, Savannah, Noah, Levi, Lorann, Courtney, Dylan, Cole and Maddie.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to SOMC Hospice or Friendship United Methodist Church.
