He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Harold and Myrtle Ernestine Lewis Arthur; and his siblings, Jerry Arthur, Fannie Flannigan, Anna Harris, Thelma Adams and Phyllis Hess.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Arthur Jr., Marvin Arthur and Carrie Arthur; his siblings, Larry Arthur (Vicky), Gary Arthur, Douglas Arthur, Rita Ferguson (Eddie) and Crystal Murphy (Mike); his brothers-in-law, David Harris and Robert Hess; and his grandchildren, Leslie Arthur and Brett Arthur.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
