He is survived by: his children, David Meadows (Heather) of Missouri, Derek Meadows (Arna) of Iceland, Lori Ann Parsons (Ron) of Arkansas and Kenneth Meadows III; his stepdaughter Janie; and his siblings, David Meadows (Anita) of Mount Gilead and Delana Wilburn of Cardington. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
