He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Roush and Roger W. Roush; and his stepmother Jane Roush. He is survived by: his daughter Delaney; his close friends, Ron Bryant, Glenn Henry and Hagan; Stephanie Mitchell (Chris) and Brad Miller.
