He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Small and Ellen Small; and his brother-in-law James Lester. He is survived by: his daughters, Hayley Small (Dillon Golden) and Lilly Small; his grandson Owen Golden; and his siblings, Theodore "Teddy" Small (Paula), David Small, Brenda Small (John Cox) and Melinda Lester (David Moran). He is also survived by four nieces, three nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
