She was predeceased by: her husbands, Beryle L. Bloch and Walt Hendrickson; her significant other John Bach; her son Perry Bloch; her parents, Syd Mendelman and Minnie Mendelman; and her brother Allen M. Mendelman.
She is survived by: her daughter Vivian F. Bloch of Howard, Ohio; and her siblings, Marcia E. Kent of St. Louis, Missouri and Paul M. Mendelman MD of Stanford, California..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jackie's memory to the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), whose mission aligns with one of her great loves.
