She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Partlow; her parents, Bertram Best and Mamie Best; her children, Josie Disbennett, Robin Partlow and Jim Partlow; and her siblings, David Best and Barbara Leach.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Davis. She is also survived by grandchildren (12) and great-grandchildren.
