He was predeceased by: his wife Alicia Morgan Castleberry; and his father Noel Meredith Castleberry. He is survived by: his mother Amanda Douglas Castleberry; his daughter Jessica (Jess) Castleberry (Hope Stewart); and his cousins, Charley Eisenmenger and Debbie Van Horn.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to the American Civil Liberties Union in Mark's name.
