He is survived by: his wife Joyce Payton; his children, Marcus (Abby), Evan, Windai Tolbert (Cedric) and Jared; his grandchildren, Jania, Mercedes, Elijah, Julian, Eli, Malachi, Rosalia, Jude, Lucia and Alena; his sisters, Rebecca Brooks (Maxley Sr.), Elizabeth Lucas (Phillip) and Benita Harris; his brothers-in-law, Silas Woods, Oscar Woods Jr. and William Woods; and his siblings' children, Jada Tabor, Lynsi Cleary (Cal), Whitni Woods, Jessi Keuhne (Ryan), Brian Lucas, Shawn Lucas (Tiffany), James Payton, Joel Brown, Pascal Stephenson III (Tiffani) and Ryan Stephenson.
