She is survived by: her boyfriend Steve Rauch; her children, Thomas Ellis (Stephanie Lett) and Garrett "Lee" Burkam (Amy); her grandchildren, Garrett Jr., Leah and Jacquelyn; her child Trevis Davie (Michele); and her grandchildren, Halie, Colton and Taylor.
