He is survived by: his wife Denise Thrasher; his son Phillip James Thrasher; his stepdaughter Amy Lynn Phillips; his siblings, Pamela Rawlins (Doug) and Thomas Thrasher (Nancy); the mother of his child Diane Thrasher; and his nieces and nephews, Logan Rawlins (Melissa), Aaron Thrasher (Jenna), Jesica Thayer (Josh) and Melinda Burns (Billy). He is also survived by nine great nieces and great-nephews.
