He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Montey and Vivian Montey (Stevens); and his siblings, Martin Montey and Nancy Totman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Woogerd; and his sons, David Montey (Helen) of Crestline and Marc Montey (Cyd) of Mansfield. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Richland County Humane Society or Gentiva Hospice.
