She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Cramer and Florance Cramer (Baer); her husband Dan Samples; her sister Joyce Snyder; and her children-in-law, Teri Samples and Paul Gosser.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Gosser, Bruce Samples (Brenda), Bradley Samples (Dena), Brent Samples, Barry Samples (Frances) and Timothy Samples (Lynda); her grandchildren, Kevin Gosser, Mike Gosser, Steve Gosser, Greg Gosser, Amy Hackedorn, Shanna Stapleton, Monica Steele, Taelhr Bell, Parkerr Samples, Kaine Houchens, Joshua Jones, Jeff Bisel and Josh Bisel; her brother Doug Cramer (Carol); and her brother-in-law Thomas "Art" Snyder. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
