She is survived by: her mother Virginia Volkmer of Broken Sword, Ohio.; her brother Larry Volkmer of Bucyrus; her husband Ron Holtshouse of Galion; her daughters, Leslie Copp of Loveland and Natasha Campbell of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Lilly, Sawyer, Evan and Roxy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carol's memory to the National MS Society or to Christ Covenant Global Methodist Church in Galion, Ohio.
