He is survived by: his wife Angela Caldwell (Ray); his nephew Michael Sparks; his nieces, Stacey Russell (Fred) and Rachel Hinton (Jeff); his siblings-in-law, Linda Hiatt, Patty Marshall (Jerry), Sue Miller (Ric), Buz Ray (Mary) and Tom Ray (Trudy); and his nieces and nephews, Shawn, Sherri, Niki, Josh, Curtis and Chad.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
