He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his mother-in-law Charlotte Norris; his siblings, Ronald Shackle (Kathy) and Linda Riffle (David); his children, Heather Millinger (Matthew), Scott Shackle (Melinda) and Adam Shackle (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Lauren Millinger, Lindsay Leach (Branin), Anthony Millinger, Abigail Millinger, Alexis Manning, Micah Shackle (Cheyenne), Mylee Shackle, Maddox Shackle and Ember Shackle.
