With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Shepperd of Galion, Ohio, born in Perry, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Charles may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shepperd and Alta Shepperd (Vest); and his son-in-law Doug Streeter. He is survived by: his wife Grace Shepperd (Witter); and his children, Mike Shepperd and Michelle Streeter (Shepperd). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Biddle Cemetery (6405 Remlinger Rd, Crestline, OH 44827).
