We bid farewell to Cheryl Ann Sturgell of Galion, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 29, 2026 at the age of 54. Cheryl Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Cheryl Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cheryl Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis Wynkoop II and Cheryl Dyer (Lemen); and her brother Robert Lewis Wynkoop III. She is survived by: her fiancé William Shanyfelt; her stepsons, Austin and Christopher Shanyfelt; and her brothers, Ernie, Wayne and Joseph Wynkoop. She is also survived by 3 granddaughters and 4 grandsons.
