He was predeceased by: his stepfather Lowell Bowman. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Eicher of Crestline and Barbara Bowman of Crestline; his daughter Sarah Otten of Richwood, Ohio; his siblings, Cindy Carroll of Crestline and Jason Nuttall of Danville, Ohio; his cousin Tony Bowman; and his friend Joe Bachelder. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
