He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Delaney and Ellen Delaney (Dome); and his spouse Lou Ann Delaney (Rinehart). He is survived by: his son Dan Delaney of Galion; his siblings, Bob Delaney (Maydell) of Galion, Fran Persinger of Mt. Gilead and Mary Bench; and his mother-in-law Jane Rinehart of Galion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
