It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deanna Baker of Galion, Ohio, born in Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin Haynes and Zelma Hale (Barnes); her stepfather Carroll Hale; her siblings, Charlotte Barler, Anna Shannon and Layton Hale; and her son Brian Harris.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Baker; her children, Tamra Dowell (Verlon) of Galion, James Baker (Shannon) of Lexington, Cynthia Bowlin (Steve) of Galion, Ken Baker (Pete McElearney) of Charlotte and Tonya Yeater (Bryan) of Lexington; and her siblings, Loretta Reynolds (William) of Olive Hill, Vicky Sallee (Dale) of Crestline, Nathan Hale (Karen) of Crestline, Mary Hale of Crestline and Milton Hale of Crestline. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
