He is survived by: his mother Kristi Etler; his stepfather Joshua Middleton of Galion; his sisters, Hayley Jackson of Mansfield and Jordyn Middleton of Galion; and his grandparents, Robin Hoover (Garth) of Bucyrus, Kim Middleton of Lucas and Tammy Coleman (Bill) of Galion.
