He is survived by: his close friend Lola Moore of Galion; his sons, Nathan Lewis of Loveland and Brian Lewis of Findlay; his stepdaughter Staci Johnson (Chase) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Anna Lewis, Rianna Lewis, Araya Johnson, Stoan Johnson, Nick Sims and Karter Sims; and his siblings, Michael Lewis (Hope) of Bucyrus and Rosa Anna Phillips (Dale) of Florida.
