He is survived by: his wife Beth (Figel); his children, Lora Flinner (Ed) and Sam Bates (Samantha); his grandchildren, Harrison "Eddie" Flinner (Krista), Hunter Flinner (Ashley), Liam Bates and Teigen Bates; and his siblings, Clyde Bates (Rosie) and Rhonda Slone (Llyod).
