He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Carol. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Foltz (Paula) and Marcy Rood; and his stepsister Sherry Dylewski.

A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Caledonia Cemetery (2272 Caledonia-Climax Rd, Caledonia, OH 43314).
