He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. West Sr. and Kathryn M. West (Tobergte); and his daughter Lori Anne Miller. He is survived by: his wife Vickie B. Miller-West; his daughters, Rachel Phillips (Lawrence) of Edison, Joanne Potter (Timothy) of Galion and Tracy Southworth (Robert) of Mansfield, Massachusetts; and his siblings, Janice Sealy of Mansfield, Linda Hager (Mark) of Mansfield and John West (Rita) of Mansfield. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
