He is survived by: his pets, Hub, Owen and Jasmine; his granddaughter Cheyenne; his wife Dolores Hoffman; his children, Jeffrey Blair (Kyoko), Eric Hoffman (Carissa) and Ryan Hoffman; his granddaughter Melanie Blair; his siblings, Terry Hoffman and Sheri Hoffman; his cousin Sue Hoffman; his nephews, Mike and Nathan Zeger; and his siblings-in-law, Barb Haferd, Irene Burd and Tim Miller (Cathy).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Point Church (683 Portland Way N, Galion, OH 44833). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
