He is survived by: his son Chad Johnson of Galion; his siblings, Jeanne Neff (Tim) of Galion, Pauline Fletcher of Tempe, AZ and David Johnson (Rhonda) of Galion; and his siblings' children, Austin Johnson and Amy Tyree (Chris). He is also survived by 1 uncle and 3 aunts.
