With sadness, we share the passing of Kathi Arter-Mckinney (Galion, Ohio). Kathi, born on June 13, 1957, passed away on September 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Arter and Carol Arter (Pickering); and her brother Daniel Williams. She is survived by: her spouse Cindy McKinney; her children, Martie Estep (Marty) and Robert McKinney (Terri); her grandchildren, Gary, Michael of Chris, RJ, Ariana and Dakota; her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Jordon, Nevaeh, Heather, Chris II, Jailen, Ezra, Asa, Fred, Katelyn, Faith, James and Isaac; her brothers, Thomas Arter, David Arter and Jerry Clark (Mary); and her brother-in-law Luther Mckinney (Bonnie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gompf Funeral Service - Galion Chapel (303 Portland Way N, Galion, OH 44833). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made out to the American Breast Cancer Foundation.
