She was predeceased by: her brother Donald A. Cochran. She is survived by: her parents, Marilyn Thompson and Randall Thompson of Findlay; her children, Jeffrey J. Hickle, Jr. of Houston, TX, Johnathan J. Hickle and Crystal M. (Hickle); her grandchildren, Leevi Carse Hickle, Ayden Lyle Hickle, Travis James Miller (Crestline), Brianna June Miller (Crestline), Audrina Jordan Hickle and Rylie Quinn Hickle; her siblings, Earl Sleek (Lisa), Albert Sleek (Deanna), Cindy Leitch, Erica Sleek and Monica Sleek; her sister-in-law Michele Cochran; and her siblings' children, Brandon Leitch, Brent Leitch, Blake Lemley, Anthony Sleek, Montel Sleek, Jacob Sleek, Forest Sleek, Joshua Sleek, Melissa Campbell, Danielle Cochran, Lindsey Hensley and Shaylynn Zechman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hoening & Son Funeral Home - Fostoria (133 W Tiffin St, Fostoria, OH 44830). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
