He is survived by: his parents, Herbert D. III and Jessica R. McCabe (Redmon); his siblings, Lydia R. McCabe and Ryder G. McCabe; his grandmother Brenda Frost of Galion; and his aunts and uncles, Ryan Francisco (Maria) of Galion, William Bollinger (Megan) of Johnstown, Rodney Hess (Kristin) of Williamsport, Tony Kelly of Johnstown, Kya Achtermann (Jon) of Wilmington, Lucy Perman (Josh) of Galion and Margie Kelly of Pataskala.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Galion Wrestling or the Galion Football program in care of the funeral home.
