Marialyce R. Haferd Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marialyce R. Haferd of Galion, Ohio, who passed away on June 6, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Henry O. Bils; her husband Franklin H. Haferd of Carey, Ohio.; and her siblings, George, Albert, Joseph, Robert Bils and Helen Swartz.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Montgomery (William) of Wadsworth, Vivian Quinn (Larry) of Buffalo, NY, James E. Haferd (Jean) of Reno, NV, Sarah E. Haferd of Galion, Thomas E. Haferd (Rose) of Cambridge, MA, Theresa A. Theis (Dennis) of New Riegel and William R. Haferd (Jenn) of East Walpole, MA.; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Haferd (late David) of Carey and Gene Laube (late Jane) of Findlay. She is also survived by seven grandsons, seven granddaughters; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Joseph Catholic School in care of the funeral home.
