She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Jacobs; her children, Anita Morgan (James) of Dublin, Ohio, Steven Jacobs of Colorado Springs and Gary Jacobs of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her sisters, Marvel Ellcessor of Kettering and Jackie Davis of Phoenix, Arizona.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
