He was predeceased by: his parents, David Blue and Velma Blue (Swackhammer). He is survived by: his children, Kevin Blue and Brittany Blue; his stepmother Charlene Blue; his siblings, Jill Brown (David) and Shawn E. Blue; his nephew Jonathan Brown (Amy); and his niece Autumn VanArsdalen (Marc).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Village Chapel Church (30 Viking Way, Ashville, OH 43103).
