She is survived by: her husband James Fruth; her children, Lisa Caldwell (Stanley) and Michael Fruth (Amanda); her grandchildren, Jacob Caldwell, Holly Caldwell, Adam Caldwell (Haley), Hannah Caldwell, Megan Caldwell, Amy Caldwell and Logan Fruth; her siblings, Margie Cline, Patrick Frye, Beverly Prince and Roy Frye; her sister-in-law Nancy Frye; and her great grandchild Annabelle Caldwell.
