He is survived by: his wife Jackie Musgrave (Karl); his children, Stephanie Witt (Ian), Jonathan Musgrave (Laura), Stephen J. Musgrave (Heather) and Andrew Musgrave; his grandchildren, Lyle Witt, Dylan Musgrave, Ezra Witt, Ellie Musgrave, Neko Witt, Adalynn Musgrave, Warren Musgrave and Logan Musgrave; his sister Barbara Stone; his friend Thomas Teetrick; Larry (Ruth Karl) and Jack (Linda Clevenger).
