He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Musgrave and Mary Musgrave (Lehman); and his grandson Owen C. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Musgrave (Karl); his children, Stephanie Witt (Ian), Jonathan Musgrave (Laura), Stephen J. Musgrave (Heather) and Andrew Musgrave; his grandchildren, Lyle Witt, Dylan Musgrave, Ezra Witt, Ellie Musgrave, Neko Witt, Adalynn Musgrave, Warren Musgrave and Logan Musgrave; his sister Barbara Stone; his friend Thomas Teetrick; Larry (Ruth Karl) and Jack (Linda Clevenger).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gompf Funeral Service - Galion Chapel (303 Portland Way N, Galion, OH 44833). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Iberia Cemetery.
