She was predeceased by: her parents, William Collins and Laura Russell Collins Roweltt; and her brothers, Levi, Charles, Alvin, David, Emer, Milton, James "Audy", William R., Floyd, William H. and Amos "Hank".
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Williams (Bob) of Galion, Deb Vaughn (Bill) of New Washington, Verlon Dowell (Tammy) of Galion, Eric Dowell (Vickie) of Ham Lake, MN, Randall Dowell (Terri) of Galion, Greg Dowell (Vini) of Bucyrus and Sabra Thomas (Sabrina) of Galion; her sibling Thomas "Arnold" Nichols of Burns, TN; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Adams and Pauline Dowell. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gompf Funeral Service - Galion Chapel (303 Portland Way N, Galion, OH 44833). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
