Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home (810 2nd Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
