"Base" Bailey, Jr. (Jennifer) of Crown City, William V. "Bill" Bailey (Mara) of Bidwell, Deborah Moore (Brian) of Kokomo and Kevin D. Turley (Crystal) of Kingsland, Georgia; his grandchildren, Carson Bailey, McKenzie Bailey, Will Bailey, Kayla Cohen, Emily Turley and Hannah Turley; his brothers, Isaac R. Bailey of Green Mountain and Tim M. Bailey of Gallipolis, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Donna Stevens, Kathy Clark, Diane Drummond, Lynn Banks, Jimmy Lee Duke and Larry Duke.
