She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mahan and Ruby Mullet Mahan; and her brothers, Hobert Mahan, Vernal Mahan and Daniel Mahan.
She is survived by: her son Doug Facemire (Karen) of Chillicothe, Ohio; her grandchildren, Stephanie Houck (David) of Point Pleasant, Byron Facemire (Ashley Garten) of Chillicothe, Shawn Martindale (Cheryl) of Chillicothe and Dustin Martindale (Staci) of Chesapeake, Virginia; Helen Bishop (Jim) of Grove City, Ohio.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
