She is survived by: her parents, Stephen McCormick and Margaret McCormick; her sons, Lyric McCormick, Ryker Johnson and Kyler Johsnon; her siblings, Samantha McCormick, Sara McCormick and Stevie McCormick; her niece Ryanna Williams of Gallipolis; her grandmother Phyllis Sonnenberg of Columbus, Ohio; and her uncle Chris Sheffield II of Columbus.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Saint Nicholas Cemetery (1495 Friendly Ridge Rd, Crown City, OH 45623).
