He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Martyn and Doris Glover Martyn; his daughter Brittany Martyn; his siblings, Vanessa Halley, Marcella Martyn, William Keith Martyn and Dennis Martyn; and his grandparents, Nora, Samuel Glover, Albert and Ruth Martyn.

He is survived by : his wife Karissa Martyn; his children, Grace Martyn and Daniel Keith Martyn; his siblings, Lynn Stapleton, Janette Beckley (Mike), Yvette Nibert, Summer Martyn and Jason Martyn; his parents-in-law, Kandy and John Nuce; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny and Diana Nuce. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Church of Christ (2173 Eastern Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631).
