Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home (810 2nd Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
