He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline E. Stewart Hornsby; and his brother Danny Stewart. He is survived by: his brother Steve Hornsby (Jackie) of Thurman, Ohio; his nephew Levi Hornsby (Megan); his niece Mackenzie Bing (Jacob); and his stepfather Harvey Hornsby of Gallipolis.
